The dust box effectively removes static electricity and dust build-up from electrical equipment and resin-moulded products, and prevents dust from re-adhering. The ion blow and air blow are constructed independently of each other, and this design improves the efficiency of static and dust removal. Dust detection lamp
Due to the dust floating in the air and the static electricity on the product surface, which makes the dust difficult to find and get rid of, the dust detection lamp will emit a specific wavelength of light to irradiate on the product surface. If there are still residual dust particles on the product surface, these particles will be revealed in the light irradiation, the formation of a clear image of the dust. This intuitive monitoring allows operators to quickly identify and deal with residual dust, ensuring the ultimate cleanliness of the product.
Air Curtain -Vertical Dimension Dust Interception
Air curtain, as the name suggests, is in the electrostatic precipitator box to form a barrier composed of high-speed airflow. This invisible ‘air curtain’ , like a loyal guard, will be outside the air in the dust, particles and other pollutants in the effective isolation of the work area outside. In the product handling process, the air curtain can not only effectively prevent the intrusion of external dust, but also in the blocking of dust to fly back into the workshop to fall back on the product.

Deactivation speed
The decay time of positive and negative charges is strictly controlled within 1 second, such a short decay time reflects the technological advancement of the electrostatic precipitator and further enhances its dust removal efficiency. Electrostatic dissipation speed is an index to evaluate the speed of eliminating the static electricity carried by the object, usually through the time needed to evaluate the voltage from the original to 1/10.
Pull-out dust collection box
The sealed bottom of the dust collection box is designed to hold water to prevent dust from floating around. When the dust collection box is full of dust, users only need to gently pull it out, can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement, without complex disassembly, greatly saving the maintenance time and energy. At the same time, this design also effectively avoids the secondary pollution that may occur when replacing the dust collection box, ensuring the hygiene and safety of the entire dust removal process.
